I named it sugar and spice because, you guessed it, I have one daughter already and a second daughter on the way due in late September. I know the title is not very original but it makes sense.
So for my first posting, how about starting with today. My two-year-old Linden and I went to the Ft. Worth Museum of Science and History. We went with my friend Nicki and her son and she was able to get us in for free, which is awesome. It was a little crowded, but we still had a good time walking around checking out the kid areas and the exhibits. Here are a few pictures.
Fun stuff. Especially the dino dig area where Linden had fun searching for buried dinosaur bones under the water. I think she was actually just painting the rocks with water and a brush, but she had a blast!
The rest of our day was spent at home watching cartoons and chilling out. Not too bad.
Hopefully I can keep up with posting for at least a week or so and it won't be next year before I write again. We'll see...
